Have they gone mad in Ottawa?
I have composted kitchen waste for my garden for 30 years and so have a lot of other people!
Why should we give it up now and pay a $67 dollar fee or tax what ever you want to call it!
Then turn around and go out to buy a composted product for God knows how much to help
my garden! The whole idea is a stupid one and not well thought out!
This city council seems to think that we as tax payers have an endless amount of money to squander on waste!
Say no to the $67.00 charge
